How to Request a Return

Return Pickup
Once the return request is approved, we arrange a pickup from the same address where the order was delivered. Pickup timelines may vary based on location.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued after the returned product is checked and approved by our quality team.
If the product passes inspection, the refund is processed to the original mode of payment.
Refunds usually take 5 to 7 working days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the bank or payment provider.
Exchange Policy
Customers can exchange a product for another item of the same or higher value. If the chosen item is of higher value, the customer pays the price difference.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, they must inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the product or offer a refund after checking the issue.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery as per this policy.
Shipping Charges
If the return is due to our mistake, such as a wrong or damaged product, we cover the return shipping cost. If the return is due to the customer’s change of mind, return shipping fees may apply.
